Steve Lowis, born in 1982, originally from Lincolnshire and then moving to Selby (North Yorkshire), has always had a strong affinity to music. His first performance was the lead role in Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Following a move to Berkshire, he formed "Delirium" while at Emmbrook High School. "Delirium" appeared at many local venues, including a "Battle of the Bands" at Southhill Park, Bracknell. Steve and the band wrote their main song "Coloured Man" to support the theme of "A Year against Racism". "Delirium" also played several times at the "AlleyCat" in Reading, "Rising Sun" arts centre and the Waterside Centre, Newbury as well as many local charity events. Steve left CircusAct to pursue a solo career as a singer / songwriter. He has performed and organised many shows in local pubs and clubs and other music venues and is very well received.
